This is my infamous Cranberry Sauce, part of my 7 recipe nut-free raw vegan recipe series! This all time Thanksgiving classic is an easy one to re-create! Just grab some fall fruits and blend, does not get much easier – or tastier – than that!

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
• 1 cup of cranberries
• 1 persimmon
• 1 orange, juiced (or an apple, juiced)
1. Blend ½ of the cranberries with ¾-1 of the persimmon, along with some OJ to bring to desired consistency
2. Pulse in the remaining cranberries and chill.
