Ingredients:
- 1 bulb of fennel
- 2-3 medium mangoes (about 2-3 cups)
- 2-3 dates or some raisins
- Optional: avocado
Directions:
- Chop the fennel.
- Blend the mangoes and dates in addition to some fennel.
- Stir the sauce and fennel up and add avocado chunks as an option.
