Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

The first time a tried persimmon in a smoothie it was not my favourite flavour – in fact it was down right disgusting! But I recently tried it again (this time with less persimmon!) and it tastes great:) I highly recommend this sweet and spicy smoothie.

Appliances Needed:

  • Blender


  • 5 bananas + water for desired thickness
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 persimmon
  • cinnamon to taste (about 1-3 tsp)


  1. Blend ingredients, add water for desired thickness
