This pudding tastes like a fruity frosting that I remember eating as a child! It is so easy to make and is super satisfying. This can be eaten as a pudding or it will make a great dip:) I really like this recipe if the persimmons get too mushy or if the ripen a bit poorly. Make sure you remove the stickers before blending!

Ingredients:
- 5 ripe persimmons (I usually use fuyu)
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries of your choice (strawberries are excellent in this recipe)
Directions:
- blend persimmons and berries in any ratio you like, but I usually do something like 1 strawberry for 1 persimmon
