Persimmon Pudding

Persimmon Pudding

This pudding tastes like a fruity frosting that I remember eating as a child! It is so easy to make and is super satisfying. This can be eaten as a pudding or it will make a great dip:) I really like this recipe if the persimmons get too mushy or if the ripen a bit poorly. Make sure you remove the stickers before blending!
