This is a great salad dressing, its full of flavour and could also work well as a soup too. It will yield about 2 cups of dressing or so and should be thin enough to coat the greens but thick enough to stick to them.

Ingredients:
- 3 oranges (about 1 cup juiced)
- 1 lemon
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 of an avocado
- fresh or dried herbs to taste (this is up to you, try anything such as rosemary, thyme, dill, basil, cilantro)
Directions:
- Juice the citrus.
- Blend everything together, pour onto your favourite greens.
