This smoothie is excellent! It is so rich and full of flavour; it is like a dessert. This is simple to make, it’s as easy as peeling bananas and blending. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.

  • Blender

Ingredients:

  • 10 bananas
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • water for desired consistency (I typically fill the blender so that the water is just below the level of the bananas.

Directions:

  1. Peel bananas
  2. Add ingredients to blender
  3. Add water for blending
  4. Blend
