Ingredients:
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup raisins
- your favourite herbs to taste
Directions:
- Blend all of the ingredients together and then pulse in the herbs at the end
- Add more tomatoes if too thick
