This dressing is sweet n savoury. Great on lettuce or noodles. This recipe will yield about 4 cups of dressing.

Serves: 1-2 people Yields: 4 cups of dressing

  • Blender


  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • your favourite herbs to taste


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together and then pulse in the herbs at the end
  2. Add more tomatoes if too thick
