Oh my a nut free Hummus! This is quite tasty indeed! Recipe will yield about 3 cups.

Prep Time: 15-30 minutes
- The bottom half of a big head of romaine lettuce (or 1-2 small romaine hearts)
- 1/2-1 avocado
- some sundried tomato thicken and add saltyness (about 2-3 tablespoon)
- Cumin to taste (about a tablespoon)
- Some herbs/spices to taste can be added too (dehydrated celery, oregano can be nice)
- Cauliflower can be pulsed in at the end to give it some chunkyness (about 2-4 florets)
- Blend ingredients, pulse in optional cauliflower afterwards
- dip your favourite veggies into it!
