This tastes absolutely divine! If I ever get a watermelon that is just not as sweet as it should be, I use it in a recipe like this. This is a simple juice that has a great colour and is big on flavour. Very enjoyable on a summer day!

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
- 1 medium sized watermelon
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen) – or any berry really!
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop the contents into the blender (if the watermelon has seeds you will have to dig them out, or watermelon could be juiced instead, as a final option the watermelon can be blended with the seeds and then be strained to collect the juice).
- Blend the watermelon or watermelon juice with the blueberries.
