This smoothie is excellent! It is so rich and full of flavour; it is like a dessert. This is simple to make, it’s as easy as peeling bananas and blending. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.
Ingredients:
- 10 bananas
- 3 dates
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- water for desired consistency (I typically fill the blender so that the water is just below the level of the bananas.
Directions:
- peel bananas
- add ingredients to blender
- add water for blending
- blend
